Acoustic Firestop Mortar
Fire Barrier F360 Class
THERMOLOCK Acoustic Firestop Mortar is a new generation construction plaster designed for acoustic and fire insulation. It is classified as A1 non-combustible according to EN standards and provides F360 class fire resistance. F360 class defines the highest level of protection for fire-retardant insulation materials.
The product is specially formulated for interior and exterior applications requiring superior fire safety and acoustic insulation. It has a breathable structure due to the perlite and inorganic components it contains, while never allowing fire or smoke formation. It is also suitable for use on different surfaces.
Advantages
Fire resistance ≤ 360 minutes
CE-certified
High acoustic insulation
Easy to install
Smooth finish
- Suitable for most surfaces
Application
1. The substrate should be clean, free of dust, oil, and weak particles.
2. Mix 20 kg powder with approximately 15–16 liters of clean water using a low-speed mixer.
3. Apply manually with a trowel or by machine spraying.
4. For multilayer applications, allow the first layer to dry before applying the next.
5. Protect the surface from direct sun, wind, and frost during curing.
Areas of Application
– Wall and ceiling coverings
– Cable trays, ladders, cables and cable bundles
