Thermolock combines the natural properties of perlite, pumice and vermiculite minerals to deliver thermal, water, sound, fire and UV insulation. It is a cement-based, lightweight composite render and screed product that provides multi-functional insulation along with decorative possibilities.
Delivered as a granular powder in kraft bags, Thermolock is simply mixed with water and is easy to apply.

Thermolock can be applied to all types of architectural surfaces, whether curved or flat, making it suitable for both old and new buildings. It is used for exterior and interior insulation, render systems, screeds, industrial facilities and structures requiring high fire resistance (A1-certified: TSE-ASTM-GOST… F 240 EFECTIS). It is also ideal for food production facilities due to its mineral-based composition.

It can be applied traditionally on brick, aerated concrete, exposed concrete, pumice blocks and older structures using keying and priming techniques. With appropriate procedures and primers, it can also be applied to wood, boards, metal and similar surfaces.

Thermolock is suitable for all climatic and geographical conditions. It forms an extremely durable protective layer resistant to both high and low temperatures as well as humidity.

Application is simple and can be done by spraying, troweling or using common rendering machines. Similar to classic rough and fine render application, the base layer is applied first, followed by the decorative finishing layer.

Thermolock is produced mainly from natural minerals, many of which are also used in soil-free agricultural production. Our products are highly eco-friendly, fully recyclable and supported by internationally recognized certifications — including the prestigious LEED certification for green building products.

Thermolock products are used globally and are available in densities from 200 kg/m³ to 600 kg/m³, specifically formulated for different climatic needs.
Application thickness is determined based on required U-value, climate zone and building conditions.
