Insulated Interior Facade Stucco Coating
Thermolock
THERMOLOCK Insulated Interior Facade Stucco Coating is a new generation construction plaster designed to combine thermal, acoustic, and water insulation in a single product. It is classified as A1 fireproof according to EN standards and provides F360 class fire resistance. The F360 class defines the highest level of protection for fire-retardant insulation materials.
The product is specially formulated for interior applications requiring superior fire safety, thermal, acoustic, and water insulation. Due to its perlite and inorganic components, it has a breathable structure and never allows fire or smoke formation. It is also suitable for use on different surfaces.
Advantages
Fire resistance ≤ 360 minutes
CE-certified
High thermal insulation
Easy to install
Smooth finish
High acoustic insulation
- Suitable for most surfaces
Application
1. The substrate should be clean, free of dust, oil, and weak particles.
2. Mix 20 kg powder with approximately 15–16 liters of clean water using a low-speed mixer.
3. Mixing 6 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
4. Allow the mixture to rest for 5-6 minutes for better water integration.
5. Apply manually with a trowel or by machine spraying.
6. For multilayer applications, allow the first layer to dry before applying the next.
7. Protect the surface from direct sun, wind, and frost during curing.
Areas of Application
– Wall and ceiling coverings
– Houses exposed to water and humidity
– Commercial buildings, schools and skyscrapers
– Glass surfaces where insulation is desired
– The inner surfaces of the tiny houses
– Any type of structure requiring insulation
Applicable Surface Areas
– Concrete
– Wood
– Brick
– Glass
– Metal
– Gypsum board
Primer Application
Primer use is required for surfaces other than concrete.
The product to be used as primer is Thermolock Adhesion Enhancing Transition Primer.
Please refer to the product’s technical data sheet or product documentation for its use.
